A Fisher Price doll is being yanked off the shelves of US stores because it is apparently saying "Islam is the Light." The baby coos and then in a monotone says "Islam is the Light." I remember several years ago when parents claimed a Lion King toy was saying "smashed bananas up his ass." Disney replied that it was saying "asante sana smashed banana" which is totally believable. However, I believe this doll is actually saying "Islam is the Light." It's nothing I'm concerned about, just an interesting oddity.
Listen to the clip. What do you think? Is it really saying this?

A real oddity all right. Wonder what kind of a market the manufacturer is trying to establlish.
these things are abomanations they are discracefull i personally think these dolls should never have hit the shelves ,who the hell passed these things on the market. i think who evar the hell gave these things the ok to be put into children hands, who.i personally will never by my kids anything that has a fisher&price store ever again.in my eyes they are terrorists as well.fisher and price ,stick ya toys where the light dont shine u f***** ars**** terrorists.
Haha! Well, I'm not Muslim, but the phrase, "Islam is the light" has nothing to do with evil or terrorists. I have many Muslim friends and they're good people. It's only extremist Islam that is bad - although it's weird to hear a kid's toy say that! Very interesting Robin:)
