Authorities in Texas have filed corpse-abuse charges against two men who allegedly removed a skull from a grave and used it as a bong. Misdemeanor charges have been filed.
They dug up a grave in an abandoned cemetery in the woods, removed a head from a body and smoked marijuana using the skull as a bong.
My perspective: I understand where these men are coming from. They felt the need to create, the need to personalize their possessions with subjects they're interested in (in this case death).
Gentlemen, may I please make a suggestion? The next time you feel this creative urge, instead of digging up the deceased,
Don't know what a cozy is? Well, it's a cover or "skin" that can be used for almost any item (including bongs) to add a little flair. I think this cozy (see below) with the lovely pink background and skull motif (in this case being used as a tissue box cozy) would make a marvelous skin for a glass or ceramic bong.
Advantages of Cozies vs Human Skulls:
1-less digging (you need only dig in your grandma's sewing supplies for some yarn)
2-no pesky jail sentences
3-goes with any decor

OK, I'm confused. In a country as young as the US how can you have an abandoned cemetery? Moving past that point, why on earth would you want to use a skull as a bong, a regular bucket would do a much better job with a lot less effort. These guys must have lost their heads, oops, sorry, they found one.
Of all the things to put in a will, "please use my rotted skull as a bong", is probably not too popular. Yet.

Maybe it was an old family cemetery and everyone in the family died and forgot about it. You're right, it does sound like a lot of effort to go to. This story sounds like something out of a movie, and I'm curious if maybe these men got the idea of doing it from a movie.

Quick suggestion:
You should find out what jail or prison those guys will be in and send them that skull cozy. Not for their benefit but because the guards will get a huge kick out of it. If I were a prison guard watching over people like that, this would just really brighten my day. Just a thought. lol. Great post by the way.
